The "exe" file supplies a WinRAR self-extracting archive, which will create the “Douay-Rheims version of The Bible – 1752 version.bbl” date modified 2008-07-03.

The e-Sword 9 Converter utility from Bible Support is unable to convert this *.bbl module to *.bblx because the module is password protected, so this cannot be processed with e-Sword version 10.X or later.
