This module is in French. However, a translation of the description says:
The first edition of the Bible by David Martin date of 1707. In May 1710, the Synod of Leuwarden, this translation was recognized as the official French-speaking Walloons of the churches. In 1744, Pierre Roques, pastor of the French Church of Basel, made a new edition. On this occasion, he introduced some minor refinements of language, to correct some words become obsolete. The French language has reached its fullness in the seventeenth century, the century of Descartes and Racine. The language used by David Martin is much higher in the conjugation of verbs, and especially in the precision of vocabulary. In the course of the biblical text, the words in [square brackets] mean that they were added by the translator to explain the context, but they are not translated directly to the original texts. This information is valuable to know where begins and ends the holy text.

one of the best french translations, I love it !!
Great french version: complete words as our Christian brothers sisters of the past
Thank's for making it available
It's not the 1707 translation it's the 1744 translation.
I made a mistake, it's not the 1744 translation it's a 1707 mixed translation as Henry Afameuna IIona describe, so be careful with that one.
There's (I think) a good 1707 translation called FreMartin, they said it's 1744 but actually it's 1707, I don't remember where I found it.
What is definitive test 1707 vs 1744?

I think he should reconvert it and correct the necessary errors, the french introduction is quite correct, but the English is not.
Also the verses and chapters are mixed.
God bless you.
